It's not all bad, but it's not all good

We encountered numerous issues that left us frustrated. When trying to access the conference center parking garage, we found it utterly confusing due to a lack of clear directions from the staff. At the spa, we dealt with language barriers, made scheduling treatments a nightmare, and when we finally managed to get everything sorted, they forgot our appetizer order at dinner. For a hotel like this, such disorganization is unacceptable!

Dining experiences was so great, especially the thoughtfully prepared breakfast accompanied by a warm welcome note, showcasing the team's personal touch. The front desk's extraordinary knowledge of local spots offered unique insights. On the downside, the location felt slightly distant from the main attractions, requiring some planning for transport. The early closing hours of the pool limited our evening relaxation time. Lastly, navigating to the convention center was somewhat confusing due to inadequate signage.

For a luxurious and peaceful getaway, this hotel has it all. the spa & wellness centre is a standout feature, with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage services, steam room. the pool area is pristine and the massage therapists are highly skilled, making for an unforgettable spa day. the rooms are spacious and well, appointed with exclusive amenities, making it easy to relax in comfort.
The only minor issue was the lack of a 24/7 restaurant or room service. While there are fantastic dining options in the bar/lounge area and special diet menus are available, late, night snacking or early morning breakfast cravings may go unfulfilled.
